Amir brings over a decade of experience across private equity and consulting: He has advised founder-CEOs on exits at Morgan Stanley, launched MIT-awarded ventures, and served as interim CFO for lower middle market companies. He leads investment strategy, diligence, and post-close execution.

Patrick Dyer
Patrick draws on deep experience in cross-border advisory and strategic consulting: At Bain, he supported business owners through transitions, succession planning and operational improvement initiatives. He leads sourcing, relationship development, and operational support.
